Step 2: Users and reviewers

Grant administrators and grant managers have control over reviewer access.  If enabled ( contact Centuris) administrators have limited security privileges to manage user access and authority levels.

  1. Grant administrators should firstly select the grant and round they wish to manage using the  ‘Grants and rounds’ tab.
  2. All registered users for the organisation will be listed in the top list as either; administrators, grant managers or reviewers.  A green tick identifies the accounts status as active.
  3. Using the arrows on the left hand side, users from any category can be added to the specified grant round as a reviewer (bottom list).
  4. Grant managers can turn on/off (green is on, red is off) the ability for each reviewer to access and review applications by stage.
